"As a member of the BluePrint Healthcare IT Advisory Board for the past year I have enjoyed working with their senior management team," noted Dr. Cline. "The expansion of my role is well timed as BluePrint continues to grow it's client base in specific areas of healthcare - HIE, care coordination, clinical integration, value-based programs, and mobile apps - where privacy and security provide both major challenges and expanding market opportunities."

Dr. Cline earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems (Information Assurance Policy) from the University of Fairfax, VA; a MS in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from the University of Oklahoma; and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas.

"Dr. Cline is uniquely qualified and positioned to help us anticipate shifts in customer needs and requirements for SPAC in this era of significant change," stated BluePrint President and CEO, Vikas Khosla.
