CRANBURY, NJ, July 21, 2010 -- BluePrint Healthcare IT www.blueprinthit.com announces two new programs that prepare Health Information Exchanges (HIE) and Hospital Systems for secure exchange of information. With the changes to the HIPAA regulations as a result of the HITECH Act, HIEs and users of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems are required to ensure privacy and security of patient information.
